Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: Metamizole – 500 mg, pitofenone hydrochloride – 5 mg, fenpiveriniya bromide – 0.1 mg ;.
Excipients:
Lactose monohydrate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, talc, magnesium stearate, corn starch.
Description:
Tablets white or white color with a yellowish shade, Valium, with the mark and chamfered.
Product form:
10 tablets in blisters, 2 or 5, contour packs together with the leaflet in the pack.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including pyrazolone derivatives), inhibition of bone marrow hematopoiesis, decompensated liver and / or renal failure, deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase, tachyarrhythmia, angina III-IV FC, unstable angina, asthma, chronic heart failure, angle-closure glaucoma, benign prostatic hyperplasia (with clinical manifestations), intestinal obstruction, toxic megacolon, collapse, gallbladder atony, porphyria, pregnancy, perio lactation, children’s age (up to 9 years old).
Indications
Pain (weakly or moderately expressed) spasm of smooth muscle viscera: exacerbation urolithiasis and cholelithiasis; biliary dyskinesia.

Dosing and Administration
Taken orally.
Recommended daily dose: – Adults and children over 15 years: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose of 6 tablets; – children aged 12 to 15 years: 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose of 3 tablets; – children aged 9 to 12 years: 1/2 tablet 2-3 times a day. The maximum daily dose is 2 tablets.
The duration of treatment should not exceed 3 days.
