Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, including honey and bee products, acute cardiovascular and acute renal failure, severe liver disease, alcoholism, head injury, brain disease, deficiency of sucrase / isomaltase, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, age 18 years.
Indications
Used to treat asthenovegetative syndrome different etiologies, in the recovery period after diseases occurring with lesions of parenchymal organs.
Interaction with other drugs
While the use of nicotinic acid, lipid lowering agents (cholesterol absorption inhibitors, fibrates) may be increased hypolipidemic action.

Overdose
In applying the drug in doses exceeding the recommended possible headache, nausea, and vomiting. Treatment is symptomatic.

As part of the preparation contains sucrose, which should be considered in patients with diabetes mellitus. The maximum single dose of the preparation contains 0.34 g of sucrose (equivalent to 0.3 XE (bread units)) daily – 0.68 g (corresponding to 0.68 XE).
The preparation contains not less than 37% of ethyl alcohol. The maximum single dose contains 5.9 g of absolute ethanol, the maximum daily dose contains 11.97 g of absolute ethanol.
Effects on ability to drive and use machines
In view of the presence in the ethyl alcohol the drug should refrain from potentially hazardous activities that require high concentration and psychomotor speed reactions (vehicle control, work with moving machinery, the work manager, operator, etc.).
Storage conditions
At a temperature of 15 to 25 C in a dark place.

Dosing and Administration
Inside 2-3 teaspoons (10-15 ml) was diluted in 100 mL of water, 2 times a day 10-15 minutes before meals. Course of treatment 5-7 days. If necessary, treatment can be increased up to 2-3 weeks after the consultation with the doctor.
