Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: metamizole sodium (analgin) – 250 mg, phenobarbital – 20 mg, bendazol (dibasol) – 20 mg of papaverine hydrochloride – 20 mg.
Product form:
20 tablets per pack.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity (including pyrazolone derivatives); inhibition of bone marrow hematopoiesis; expressed hepatic and / or renal failure; deficiency of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase; children under 8 years, pregnancy, lactation, tachyarrhythmia, severe angina pectoris, collapse, decompensated chronic heart failure; closure glaucoma; prostatic hyperplasia; ileus, megacolon.

Indications
Pain (weakly or moderately expressed) spasm of smooth muscles of internal organs: renal colic, biliary colic, intestinal colic; biliary dyskinesia, postcholecystectomical syndrome; spasm of the ureters and bladder; algomenorrhea. Cerebral vasospasm, migraine. As an auxiliary medication: pain after surgery and diagnostic procedures.
Interaction with other drugs
Combination with nitrates (nitroglycerin nitrosorbid, sustak et al.), Calcium channel blockers (nifedipine, Corinfar et al.), Beta-blockers (propranolol, metoprolol, talinolol et al.), Ganglioblokatorami (pentamine et al.), Diuretics ( furosemide, hydrochlorothiazide et al.), miotropnymi antispasmodics (dipyridamole, aminophylline et al.) enhances the hypotensive effect of these drugs. Concomitant use with other non-opioid analgesics may lead to mutual reinforcement of toxic effects. Combined use with adsorbents, binders and enveloping means reduces drug absorption in the gastrointestinal tract.

Analgesics (non-narcotic analgesic antispasmodic agent barbiturate).
Pharmacological properties:
Combined preparation. The combination of components of the drug leads to mutual reinforcement of their pharmacological action. Metamizole – pyrazolone derivative, has analgesic and antipyretic effect. Bendazol (dibasol) – vasodilating agent; possesses vasodilating action, stimulate spinal cord function.
It exerts a direct antispasmodic effect on smooth muscle of blood vessels and internal organs. Facilitates synaptic transmission in the spinal cord. Papaverine hydrochloride – antispasmodic, it has a hypotensive effect, reduces the tonus of smooth muscle and relaxes the internal organs and blood vessels. Phenobarbital has sedative effects and enhances the action of other components in small doses.
