Altai sea buckthorn oil is one of the best natural sources of vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, B9, E, P, PP, K, as well as calcium, magnesium, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, chromium, aluminum, selenium, nickel, silicon, titanium, iodine, boron, essential amino acids, as well as fatty acids omega – 3, 6, 9 and rare omega – 7. The product is especially valued for the content of carotenoids – powerful antioxidants, protecting body cells from free radical damage and premature aging. Is taken orally, dissolving, 1 – 2 teaspoons 2 – 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals. To restore the skin, apply a thin layer to the damaged area 2 times a day.
