Vitamin A Palmitate – 250 IU
White petrolatum, liquid paraffin, Cvetlaya liquid paraffin, lanolin.
Description:
Vital POS® – a sterile oily vehicle designed for laying in the conjunctival sac, comprising vitamin A (. 250 IU of retinol palmitate per 1 g of means) Vitamin A in Vita-POS®, is a natural part of the tear film and provides a means of delicate oily consistency, which provides a perfect redistribution (shuffle) Vita-POS® with natural tear and good tolerability. Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to one of the components that make up the Vita-POS® means.
Vit A – POS® should not be used while wearing contact lenses!
It is recommended to use VITA-POS for the night, after removing the lens.
Indications
Vita-POS® improves the condition of the tear film and ocular surface protection, contributing to the elimination of the discomfort of feeling “dryness”, foreign body sensation, burning sensation in the eyes, including those arising under the influence:
• climatic factors such as conditioned air in the vehicle, on the plane; wind, cold, intense solar radiation, environmentally unhealthy air or cigarette smoke • Intensive visual load, for example, during prolonged work with a computer, a camera with excessive pastime in front of the TV, the need for car driving at night, in long-term contact lens wear.
Interaction with other drugs
Vit A – POS® should not be used simultaneously with other ophthalmic agents. In cases when the joint can not be avoided, it is advisable the use of Vita-POS® 30 minutes after the use of other means.

Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not higher than 25 C.

Dosing and Administration
Recommended lay length 1cm strip means in the conjunctival sac of from 1 to 3 times a day. Duration of treatment is not limited.
METHOD OF USE AND RECOMMENDATIONS while wearing contact lenses
Applying VITA-POS®, please avoid contact of the tip of the tube with eyes or skin.
Unscrew the cap, slightly tilt the head backward, slightly pull the lower eyelid down and gently press down on the tube, extruding the strip means 1 cm into the conjunctival sac, not by breaking or turning tube. Slowly close the eyelids.
