Composition
Active substance:
1 suppository contains: 10 mg of hydrocortisone acetate (0.5%), zinc sulfate monohydrate, 11 mg (0.55%).
Excipients:
Cacao butter 1974.2 mg (98.71%), methyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.4 mg (0.02%), propyl parahydroxybenzoate 0.4 mg (0.02%), calcium hydrogenphosphate anhydrous 2 mg (0.1%) magnesium stearate 2 mg (0.1%).
Description:
Opaque suppositories from pale yellow to light yellow in the shape of a torpedo.
Product form:
Rectal suppositories. 6 suppositories are placed in an opaque blister of polyvinylchloride film. 2 blister together with instructions for medical application is placed in a cardboard box.
Contraindications
Increased individual sensitivity to the ingredients of the preparation, bacterial, fungal, viral infection in a zone of administration, neoplasms of the anorectal area, and tuberculosis. Syndrome Cushing, severe forms of diabetes, hypernatremia, pregnancy and lactation.

10 mg + 11 mg
Indications
External and internal hemorrhoids; cracks, erosion of the anus; proctitis; anal itching, eczema, dermatitis, perianal area.
Overdose
Cases of overdose with disorders of the vital functions of the body in medical practice have not been described. It is assumed that long-term use at high doses can lead to the same consequences as the systemic administration of excessive doses of corticosteroids: hyperglycemia, hypernatremia, Itsenko- Cushing’s syndrome, immunosuppression, erosion and ulceration of the gastrointestinal tract, osteoporosis, etc. In these cases, we recommend removal of the drug, a common detoxification and symptomatic therapy.

Pharmacological properties:
Hydrocortisone Acetate – a steroid hormone of the adrenal cortex; when topically applied anti-inflammatory, desensitizing, antiallergic, antipruritic and vasoconstrictive action. Inhibits allocation inflammation mediators.
Zinc sulfate – promotes the healing of wounds and erosions.
