Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains:
Calcium (as calcium carbonate – 1000 mg) 400 mg;
Magnesium (as Magnesium hydroxide -372 mg) 150 mg;
Zinc (in the form of zinc sulfate 7N20 -22 mg) 5 mg;
Vitamin D3 (Kolekaltsiferol) 2.5 g (100 ME).
Excipients:
Corn starch, carmellose sodium, potato starch, the magnesium silicate.
Description:
White, oval uncoated tablet with a flat surface and beveled on both sides, with inscription “Osteocare” on one side and the company logo on the other.
Product form:
Tablets. 15 tablets in blister packs of polypropylene coated aluminum foil. 2 blisters in a cardboard box with instructions.
Contraindications
Increased sensitivity to the drug, hypercalcemia, hypercalciuria, decalcifying tumors (sarcoidosis, myeloma, bone metastases), calcium nefrourolitiaz, thyrotoxicosis (probability hypersensitivity), renal osteodystrophy hyperphosphatemia, hypervitaminosis D, phenylketonuria (preparation comprises aspartame), osteoporosis due to immobilization.
Precautions: atherosclerosis, heart failure, renal failure, pulmonary tuberculosis (active form), hyperphosphatemia, phosphate nefrourolitiaz organic heart disease, acute and chronic liver disease and kidney disease of the gastrointestinal tract (including gastric ulcer and 12- duodenum), pregnancy, lactation, hypothyroidism.

Interaction with other drugs
The risk of hypercalcaemia increase thiazide diuretics.

It increases the absorption of phosphorus-containing drugs and the risk of hyperphosphataemia. While the use of sodium fluoride interval between doses should be at least 2 hours with oral tetracyclines forms – not less than 3 hours.
The simultaneous use of other analogues of vitamin D3 increases the risk of hypervitaminosis.
Overdose
In case of overdose possible violations of the gastrointestinal tract.
