Composition
Active substance:
1 ml ratvora comprises hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose) – 0,003 g
Excipients:
Benzalkonium chloride, sodium chloride, disodium edetate (Trilon B), sodium dihydrogen phosphate aqueous 2 (disodium phosphate), sodium phosphate dibasic 12-water (sodium phosphate), water for injection – up to 1 ml.
Description:
Transparent or slightly opalescent, colorless or slightly colored liquid.
Product form:
Eye drops of 3 mg / ml. 5 ml or 10 ml vials with a nozzle and a dosing screw cap made of plastic. 1 bottle of plastic with instructions for use placed in a pile of cardboard.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to one of the components of the preparation.

Indications
Erosion and corneal trophic changes, microtraumas corneal epithelium, corneal bullous dystrophic changes, keratopathy, ectropion, strain age, lagophthalmos; state after blepharoplasty, thermal burns, cornea and conjunctiva, keratoplasty, keratoektomiya; replacement therapy with a reduced secretion of lacrimal fluid; Syndrome of “dry eye” (Sjogren’s syndrome), xerosis, keratosis (combination therapy); hypersensitivity, acute phase chemical burn (until complete removal of the chemical and necrotic tissue); at the end of the additional methods of research: gonioscopy, electroretinography, electrooculography, ehobiometricheskogo research eyeball.
pharmachologic effect
Pharmacological properties:
Tread corneal epithelium provides a lubricating and a softening effect, has high viscosity, increases the duration of contact of the solution with the cornea. The refractive index of the solution is similar to natural tears.
Restores stabilizes and reproduces the optical characteristics of the tear film. Subjective and objective improvement (epithelialization, decrease redness, lesions) usually occurs within 3-5 days, a significant improvement or complete recovery – 2-3 weeks.
Pharmacokinetics:
It has a protective effect with respect to the cornea at a reduced secretion of lacrimal fluid, protect cornea from their irritant action.

Store at a temperature not higher than 25 C.
Once opened, keep 1 month.
Dosing and Administration
1 – 2 drops 4-8 times per day in the conjunctival sac (if necessary, can be administered by 1-2 drops every hour). The course of treatment is 2-3 weeks.
