Composition
Active substance:
The extract was thick, based on the moisture content of 10% – 10.70 mg (in terms of dry solids: wild carrot seed extract – 1.84 mg, aggregate fruits hops extract – 6.33 mg, Oregano herb extract – 1.46 mg ); peppermint leaf oil – 7.46 mg; fir oil – 25.50 mg.
Excipients:
Magnesium hydroxycarbonate (magnesium carbonate heavy) – 131.96 mg lactose monohydrate (tabletoza-80) – 50.10 mg, castor oil – 35.15 mg Magnesium aluminometasilicate (neusilin UFL2) – 27,11 mg talc – 6, 38 mg potato starch – 5.62 mg disodium edetate dihydrate (Trilon B) – 0.02 mg.
Capsules Composition: quinoline yellow dye – 0.96 mg titanium dioxide – 0.77 mg, dye yellow iron oxide – 0.29 mg, patented blue dye – 0.15 mg, gelatin – up to 96.00 mg.

May increase dose-related side effects (including nausea, vomiting, dizziness). Treatment is symptomatic: abundant warm drink, rest, activated carbon, atropine sulfate (0,0005-0,001 g).

Pharmacodynamics:
The drug has a spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effect, increases bile formation and biliary excretion, increases diuresis, acidify the urine, increases the excretion of urea and chlorides.

Urolesan is a complex of biologically active components, in this connection, its conducting pharmacokinetic studies is not possible.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Use of the drug during pregnancy and lactation is contraindicated (efficacy and safety have not been studied).

Dosing and Administration
The drug is administered orally, before a meal, 1 capsule 3 times a day. In the event of renal and hepatic colic single dose may be once raised to 2 capsules, then at subsequent receptions to return to the normal single dose (one capsule). The capsules should be taken with liquid, squeezed small amounts of water. In acute conditions (including those with renal and hepatic colic) the duration of the course of therapy is 5 to 7 days for chronic conditions – up to 1 month.
