Composition
Active substance:
In 1 ml of solution contains: Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.5 mg (0.05%) or 1 mg (0.1%); amount of active ingredient in one dose to 0.05% – 0.035 mg Xylometazoline hydrochloride; to 0.1% – 0.14 mg Xylometazoline hydrochloride ;.
Excipients:
Glycerol, sorbitol, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dihydrate, sodium hyaluronate, water for injection.
Description:
Clear or slightly opalescent, colorless or slightly yellowish solution.
Product form:
Nasal spray metered 0.05% and 0.1%.

Contraindications

Indications
Reduction of swelling of the nasal mucosa in rhinitis, including allergic rhinitis, acute respiratory disease with symptoms of rhinitis, pollinosis.

Interaction with other drugs
The simultaneous use of MAO-inhibitors or tranylcypromine tricyclic antidepressants can lead to increased blood pressure due to cardiovascular effects of these substances.
