Indications
Infusion herb thyme used internally as an expectorant agent for inflammatory respiratory diseases – laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, topically – to rinse with inflammatory diseases of the mouth and pharynx.
Dosing and Administration
About 10 g (2 tablespoons) of herb thyme placed in an enamel dish, pour 200 ml (1 cup) of hot boiled water, close the lid and in a boiling water bath for 15 minutes, cooled at room temperature for 45 minutes, filtered, the remaining raw materials squeeze. The volume of the resulting infusion was adjusted with boiled water to 200 ml. Infusion is taken orally for 1 tablespoon 2-3 times a day before meals. To rinse the mouth and pharynx are used for 1/2 – 1 glass 3-4 times a day in the form of heat. Before use, the infusion is recommended to stir.
