Pharmacodynamics:
Combination hesperidin + diosmin has angioproteguoe and venotonic properties. It reduces the extensibility of the veins and venous stasis, in microcirculation – reduces the permeability of capillaries and increases their resistance, improves venous hemodynamics. Affects the following venous plethysmographic parameters: venous capacity, venous distensibility, while venous emptying. Optimal effect is achieved when taking 2 tablets.
The combination of diosmin + hesperidin improves venous tone by reducing the time of venous emptying. Patients with signs of pronounced microcirculatory disorders observed increase in capillary resistance.
