Composition
Active substance:
1 dose contains: 0.29 mg amylmetacresol, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 0.58 mg, 0.78 mg lidocaine.
Excipients:
Ethanol 96% 52 uL, 0.19 mg citric acid, 13 l of glycerol, sorbitol 70% solution (uncrystallized) 13 .mu.l, saccharine 0.026 mg, 0.104 mg levomenthol, peppermint leaf oil 0.156 uL, anise seed oil 0.065 uL, azorubin ( karmozin edikol) 0.008 mg purified water to 130 .mu.l, sodium hydroxide qs, concentrated hydrochloric acid qs.
Description:
Strepsils® Express spray for topical dosage, of 20 ml.
Preparation fighting bacteria and fungi has antimycotic action.
Also it has local anesthetic and anti-edema effect.
Carefully read the medical application prior to receiving drug.

Contraindications
Increased sensitivity to the drug;
A history of allergy to local anesthetics;
A history of, or tendency to methemoglobinemia;
Asthma or bronchospasm;
Children up to age 12 years.
Dosage
0.58 mg + 1.16 mg + 1.56 mg / dose
Indications
– symptomatic treatment of pain in the oral cavity, pharynx, larynx in infectious and inflammatory diseases (tonsillitis, pharyngitis, laryngitis / including professional character – the teachers, speakers, chemical and coal industries workers /); – hoarseness; – inflammatory diseases of the oral mucosa and gums (aphthous stomatitis, gingivitis, thrush).
Interaction with other drugs
The action of locally applied lidocaine may be increased by applying the drug simultaneously with erythromycin, itraconazole, cimetidine, fluvoxamine, beta-blockers, other antiarrhythmics, such as mexiletine.
Overdose
Unlikely, a possible overdose of anesthesia can lead to upper gastrointestinal trakta.Sleduet keep in mind that high doses of lidocaine toxicity can lead to hypotension, asystole, bradycardia, apnea (cessation of breathing), seizures, coma, cardiac arrest, respiratory arrest and death .

Pharmacological properties:
The preparation has an antiseptic effect, active against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms in vitro, it possesses antimycotic action. Also it has local anesthetic and anti-edema effect.

Use of the drug during pregnancy and breastfeeding period is possible only on doctor’s advice if the intended benefits to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus and child.

Violations by the immune system

Storage conditions
Stored in a dry place at a temperature not higher than 30 C. Keep out of reach of children. Leave without a prescription.
Dosing and Administration
Adults and children over 12 years: to irrigate the inflamed area by double-clicking on the vial head (one dose). If necessary, repeat the procedure every 2 hours.
The maximum daily dose of 8 doz.Ne exceed the specified dose.
Duration of treatment – no more than 3 days. If you are taking the drug within 3 days, the symptoms persist, you must stop treatment and seek medical advice.
