The sterile solution containing sodium hyaluronate 0.15%, 0.4% polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol 0.3%, 0.175% hydroxypropyl, 1.4% sorbitol, 0.27% aminomethylpropanol, 0.18% boric acid, sodium borate 0.262 % disodium EDTA 0.025%, sodium citrate 0.6%,
0.12% potassium chloride, sodium chloride and 0.07% preservative POLIKVAD® (polidroniya chloride) 0.001% hydrochloric acid and / or sodium hydroxide (to adjust pH), purified water (up to 100% by volume).
Description:
Means ophthalmologic SISTEYN ULTRA PLUS is a combination of two polymers – hydroxypropyl and hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid – a natural compound present in the human body; it acts as a wetting agent and promotes cell proliferation. Viscoelastic properties of hyaluronic acid, similar to the tear film, and the ability to bind water molecules create conditions for restoring damaged ocular surface cells.
Hydroxypropyl – high polymer forming the gel-like liquid “patch” on the ocular surface and protects cells from drying.
The combination of hyaluronic acid and hydroxypropyl guar, part of the means of ophthalmic SISTEYN ULTRA PLUS is attached to the damaged ocular surface cells, providing increased wetting and lubrication as compared with a hyaluronic acid.

Indications
Means for ophthalmology SISTEYN ULTRA PLUS provides temporary relief of the symptoms of the syndrome of “dry eye”, such as a burning sensation and irritation.
Means ophthalmologic SISTEYN ULTRA PLUS can be used for lubricating and moisturizing silicone hydrogel and soft (hydrophilic) contact lenses daily and extended wear regimes.
It provides comfort and protects the eyes from dryness, irritation, burning sensation, feeling of a foreign body or sand, caused by dust, smoke, ultraviolet light, dry heat (radiator, sauna), air conditioning, wind, makeup, shimmer long running TV or computer monitor.
special instructions
Do not touch the tip of the spout bottle, as this may lead to contamination of the solution.
Close the bottle after each use.
Follow the recommendations of your ophthalmologist and instructions for use.

Storage conditions
Keep bottle tightly closed.
Do not use the solution after the expiration date printed on the package.

Do not use the solution for more than 3 months after first opening the bottle.

Dosing and Administration
Prior to use, shake the bottle!
