Composition
Active substance:
1 g of ointment contains fluocinolone acetonide (sinaflana) – 0.25 mg.
Excipients:
Propylene glycol – 49.75 mg, ceresin – 50.00 mg, lanolin – 50.00 mg Vaseline – 1.0 g
Description:
Ointment from light yellow to yellow.
Product form:
Ointment for external use 0.025%. 10 g or 15 g aluminum tubes or plastic laminate. Each tube together with instructions for medical use of the formulation was put in a cardboard box.
Contraindications
Increased sensitivity to the drug; bacterial, viral, fungal skin diseases – pyoderma, chickenpox, herpes, actinomycosis, blastomycosis, sporotrichosis; cutaneous manifestations of syphilis, tuberculosis of skin, diaper rash, acne rosacea, extensive psoriatic lesions (plaques), anogenital pruritus; leg sores associated with varicose veins, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the gastrointestinal tract, wounds in the areas of applications; skin cancer, nevus, atheroma, melanoma, hemangioma, xanthoma, sarcoma; pregnancy and lactation, children’s age (up to 2 years).

Indications
Eczema, Atopic dermatitis, lichen simple chronic (limited neurodermatitis), drug reaction, a simple allergic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, itching, urticaria, prurigo, diaper rash, erythema multiforme, psoriasis (exudative form); lichen planus, discoid lupus erythematosus, dyshydrosis brushes, otitis externa, burns I st., insect bites.
Interaction with other drugs
Compatible with antimicrobial drugs. Decreases antihypertensive activity, diuretic, antiarrhythmic drugs, potassium preparations. Diuretic drugs (except potassium-sparing) increase the risk of hypokalemia.
Overdose
Symptoms: itching, burning of the skin on the site of application of the drug, hyperglycemia, glycosuria, Cushing’s syndrome.
Treatment: symptomatic against the backdrop of a gradual withdrawal of the drug.

Dosing and Administration
