Composition
Active substance:
10 ml of syrup contains: ambroxol hydrochloride 15.00 mg, chlorphenamine maleate 2.0 mg, 5.0 mg phenylephrine hydrochloride, guaifenesin 100.0 mg.
Excipients:
Sucrose 4000.00 mg, 18.00 mg of methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate 2.00 mg, 2.00 mg of disodium edetate, sorbitol 70% solution of 1000,00 mg, glycerin (glycerol) 500.00 mg, 1.00 mg of menthol, citric acid 2.00 mg sodium citrate 5.00 mg, 0.03 ml melon flavor, colorant sunset yellow [E110] 0.66 mg purified water qs to 10 ml.
Description:
Thick solution from light orange to orange color with a characteristic smell.
Product form:
Primary: in 100 ml glass vials of dark glass, screw capped metal cap with a first control opening.
Secondary: one vial in a cardboard box, together with instructions for use.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation, simultaneous administration of other drugs containing substances included in the Rinikold Broncho, simultaneous reception of tricyclic antidepressants, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, beta-blockers, seizures of any etiology, expressed coronary atherosclerosis, hypertension, diabetes, thyrotoxicosis, pheochromocytoma, angle-closure glaucoma, peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer, prostate adenoma, the enzyme deficiency glitch ozo6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency sucrose / isomaltase, fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption, pregnancy, lactation, children’s age (up to 6 years).
Be wary – renal and / or hepatic insufficiency, children up to 12 years.
Indications

Interaction with other drugs
The drug enhances the effect of sedatives, ethanol. Joint application with antidepressants, derivatives of phenothiazine (chlorpromazine, trifluoperazine, levomepromazine), antiparkinsonian and antipsychotic drugs increases the risk of urinary retention, dry mouth, constipation, with corticosteroids (prednisone, dexamethasone, triamcinolone) increases the risk of developing glaucoma. Chlorphenamine when applied simultaneously with inhibitors of monoamine oxidase (nialamide), furazolidone may lead to hypertensive crisis, excitation of hyperpyrexia. Application together with tricyclic antidepressants increases their sympathomimetic effects, with halothane increases the risk of ventricular arrhythmias with guanethidine reduces its hypotensive effect, which, in turn, increases the activity of alpha-adrenostimuliruyuschee phenylephrine. Simultaneous application of guaifenesin and ambroxol with antitussive agents leads to difficulty expectoration.
Overdose
Increased severity of side effects.
Treatment: gastric lavage, administration of activated charcoal, laxatives (mineral oil, saline laxatives); symptomatic therapy. When expressed violations, seek medical advice.
