Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: Inosine 200 mg.
Product form:
Tablets, film-coated, 200 mg. 10, 25 tablets in blisters of PVC film and aluminum foil printed patent. 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 or 100 in a polymeric container for medicines. One container or 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 10 contour cell packages together with instructions for use placed in a pile of cardboard.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, gout, hyperuricemia. Pregnancy and lactation. Age up to 18 years.

Indications
Assign an adult in the treatment of coronary heart disease, myocardial dystrophy, post-myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias associated with the use of cardiac glycosides. Assign hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver caused by alcohol or drugs and urokoproporfirii.

Pharmacological properties:
Metabolic agent precursor of ATP, renders antihypoxia, metabolic and antiarrhythmic action. Increases energy, metabolic and antiarrhythmic action. Increases myocardial energy balance, improves coronary circulation, prevents the effects of intraoperative renal ischemia. It is directly involved in the metabolism of glucose metabolism and promotes the activation under hypoxic conditions and in the absence of ATP. It activates the metabolism of pyruvic acid acid to ensure normal process of tissue respiration, and promotes activation ksatin dehydrogenase. Stimulates the synthesis of nucleotides, enhances the activity of some enzymes of the Krebs cycle. Penetrating into the cell, it increases the energy level, has a positive effect on metabolic processes in myocardium – increases the strength of heart rate and promotes more complete relaxation of the myocardium in diastole, thereby increasing the stroke volume. Reduces platelet aggregation activates the regeneration of tissues (especially infarction and mucous membrane of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT)).

Dosing and Administration
Assign inside to food. The daily dose of ingestion of 0.6-2.4 in the first days of treatment the daily dose is 0.6-0.8 g (0.2 g 3-4 times a day). In the case of good tolerability increase the dose of 1.2 g (0.4 g three times daily), if necessary – up to 2.4 g per day. Course duration – 4 weeks to 1.5-3 months.
