Composition
Active substance:
In 5 ml of suspension contain: aluminum hydroxide gel 6 g, 80 mg magnesium hydroxide, simethicone 100 mg, licorice root powder 400 mg.
Excipients:
Guar gum, sorbitol, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, methylparaben, propylparaben, sodium hydroxide, sodium saccharinate, sodium hypochlorite, peppermint oil, banana flavor, bronopol, purified water.
Description:
Viscous white suspension with a yellowish-brownish, with a smell of banana and mint.
Product form:
Oral suspension in a plastic vial dark, 180 ml screw cap, complete with a metering cup capacity of 10 ml. The vial together with instructions for use placed in a cardboard box.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, fructose intolerance, hypophosphatemia, severe impaired renal function, Alzheimer’s disease, pregnancy, lactation, children under 10 years.
Indications
Gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer in the acute phase;
Acute gastritis, chronic gastritis with increased and normal secretory function in acute phase, duodenitis;
Hiatal hernia, reflux esophagitis;

Interaction with other drugs
Can absorb certain drugs, thereby reducing its absorption. Reduces and slows down the absorption of digoxin, indomethacin, salicylates, chlorpromazine, phenytoin, H2 r-histamine blockers, beta blockers, diflunisal, isoniazid, tetracycline antibiotics, quinolones (ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, ofloxacin, enoxacin, grepofloksatsina et al.), Azithromycin, cefpodoxime, pivampitsillina, rifampicin, anticoagulants, barbiturates, fexofenadine, dipyridamole, zalcitabine, bile acids – chenodeoxycholic and ursodeoxycholic, penicillamine, iron and lithium hinidi and, lansoprazole, mexiletine, ketoconazole.
When concomitantly with drugs in dosage forms, enteric high alkalinity of gastric juice can lead to accelerated disruption of membranes and cause irritation of the stomach and duodenum. M-holinoblokatory, slowing gastric emptying, enhance and prolong the action of the drug.

In patients with concomitant renal failure – thirst, blood pressure, hyporeflexia.
special instructions
The interval between reception Reltsera and other drugs should be 1 -2 hours. With prolonged use (more than 14 days) requires regular medical supervision. The drug contains sorbitol, which is contraindicated in congenital fructose intolerance.

Dosing and Administration
Inside. Before receiving the suspension must be homogenized by shaking the bottle.
Adults and children over 15 years of age – 1 -2 teaspoons 3-4 times a day. The maximum daily dose – 8 teaspoons.
Children from 10 to 15 years appoint half the recommended dose for adults.
The drug is taken through 1 hour after the evening meal and before bedtime or discomfort occurs, epigastric pain, heartburn.
The duration of treatment without medical supervision should not exceed 14 days.
