Description

Composition
Active substance:
1 ml contains: diphenhydramine – 1 mg, naphazoline – 0.25 mg.
Excipients:
Boric Acid – 15.0 mg of sodium tetraborate decahydrate (sodium tetraborate 10-water) – 0.5 mg; disodium edetate (disodium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, Trilon B) – 0.6 mg water-soluble methyl cellulose – 1.5 mg Water for injection – up to 1.0 ml.
Product form:

Contraindications

Interaction with other drugs
In a joint application with tricyclic antidepressants may increase the vasoconstrictor action nafazolina. Simultaneous application naphazoline with MAO inhibitors and for 10 days after its cancellation can result in hypertensive crisis.
Overdose

Dosing and Administration
