Composition
Active substance:
10 g of ointment contains: Scots pine oil 0.68500 g, 0.43250 g of eucalyptus oil, alpha-tocopherol acetate 0.28850 g, 0.02175 g of thymol, levomenthol 0.07225 g
Excipients:
White petrolatum, white wax, and macrogol glyceride esters of apricot kernel oil (Labrafil M-1944-CS), butylhydroxyanisole.
Description:
Transparent cream white color with the smell of essential oils.
Product form:
Nasal ointment. 10 g in aluminum tube with polypropylene cap. Each tube together with instructions for use placed in a cardboard box.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, allergic rhinitis, children under 2 years.
Indications
Acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the mucous membranes of the nose and throat, accompanied by drying out of the nasal mucous membranes. Standing after surgery in the nasal cavity and the nasal tamponade – by a physician (in hospital and outpatient conditions).
Interaction with other drugs

Overdose

In a dry, dark place at a temperature of 15 C to 25 C.

Dosing and Administration
If the doctor does not otherwise designated, the drug is applied to adults and children (over 2 years old) in an amount of about 0.5 cm in each nasal passage to the mucosal surface of the anterior nasal cavity. For administration may use a cotton swab (wand wrapped at the end wool lump). Then moderate pressure on the sides of the nose rubbing ointment on the nasal mucosa. The procedure is repeated 3 – 4 times a day. The duration of treatment is 7 – 14 days. Longer course of treatment possible on doctor’s advice.
