Composition
Active substance:
100 g of ointment contains: dry cobra venom ordinary MED 12 (mouse units action), 4,0 g methyl salicylate, camphor 3.0 g Eucalyptus oil 2.0 g (equivalent to 1.4 g cineol).
Excipients:
81.0 g of Vaseline, beeswax 10.0 g
Description:
Ointment homogeneous white with a slightly yellowish white color, with a characteristic smell of methyl salicylate, camphor and eucalyptus oil.
Product form:
Ointment for external use; 20 g of ointment in an aluminum tube. One tube with the instruction on use is put in cardboard pack.
Contraindications
Increased individual sensitivity to the drug, skin disease and mechanical damage of the skin at the site of an ointment, thrombophlebitis, active tuberculosis, fever, cachexia expressed by human liver and kidneys, cerebral and / or coronary circulation, vasospasm (in m .ch. history), pregnancy, lactation, children under 6 years.

Indications
Ointment is applied topically for arthritis of various etiologies, osteochondrosis, neuralgia, myalgia, sciatica, sciatica, damage ligamentous apparatus (expansion, contusions of the skin without damaging the integrity) and other diseases of the musculoskeletal system, accompanied by pain.
Interaction with other drugs
The drug causes skin reflex hyperemia and increases blood flow in the subcutaneous tissue, thus the combined use with other drugs of local action may lead to enhanced their absorption. The use of large amounts may increase the toxicity of methotrexate and reduce the therapeutic effect of hypoglycemic agents. The drug should not be used with oral anticoagulants.

Ointment NAYATOKS® has local irritating and analgesic (distraction) effect. Irritation of sensitive skin receptors and absorption of highly active substances (histamine, enzymes, organic acids, etc.) contribute to vasodilation, improvement of trophism of the underlying tissue and defines the analgesic effect of the drug.

Dosing and Administration

The ointment is applied to the skin painful areas 1 every day from 5 to 10 g (1-2 teaspoons ointments) in portions and rubbed into the skin, severe painful sensations – 2 times a day until the disappearance of pain syndrome. The course of treatment should not exceed 10 days without consulting a doctor. After application of the ointment must thoroughly wash their hands, to avoid falling into the eye ointments and other mucous membranes.
