Composition
Active substance:

Description:
Transparent gel pale yellow or yellow, free from extraneous particles.
Product form:

Contraindications

Nimesulide – selective competitive reversible inhibitor of cyclooxygenase type II (prostaglandin endoperoxide-H2r synthetase). It reduces the concentration of the short-prostaglandin H2 substrate kinin-stimulated synthesis of prostaglandin E2, in inflammation and ascending paths of pain impulses in the spinal cord. Reducing the concentration of prostaglandin E2 (a mediator of inflammation and pain) reduces activation type EP prostanoid receptors, which manifests anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
When applied topically cause weakening or disappearance of pain at the site of gel application, including joint pain at rest and during motion, reduces morning stiffness and swelling of joints. Increases the range of motion.
Pharmacokinetics:
