Composition
Active substance:
1 capsule contains:
Lipoid PPL 600 – 600 mg, consisting of: polyunsaturated phospholipids from soybean lecithin – 300.0 mg, of glycerol mono / dialkonat (C14-C18) – 120.0 mg, of medium-chain triglycerides – 40.5 mg, purified soybean oil – 138 , 5 mg, tocopherol – 1.0 mg.
Excipients:
Purified soybean oil – 100.0 mg. capsule shell: Gelatin (on dry substance) – 220.5 mg, 85% glycerol – 107.8 mg.
Description:
Transparent colorless gelatin oblong capsules. Contents of capsules: viscous liquid from golden-yellow to yellow-brown color.
Product form:
Capsules. At 10 or 20 capsules in blisters (blister) [PVC / PVDC / Aluminum foil]. By 1,3,5 blisters 10 capsules together with instructions for use in a cardboard package.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to phospholipids, peanuts, soybeans and other ingredients; antiphospholipid syndrome.

Indications
Adipose liver degeneration of various aetiologies; chronic hepatitis; toxic liver damage, cirrhosis of the liver; hypercholesterolemia, the ineffectiveness of diet and other non-drug measures (physical activity and measures to reduce the body weight).
Interaction with other drugs
Cases of incompatibility hitherto unknown.
However, we can not exclude interaction with Rezalyuta® Pro coumarin anticoagulant (e.g., phenprocoumon, warfarin). In the case of inevitable corresponding combination therapy may be necessary to correct drug dose.
Overdose
Reports of overdose and drug intoxication have been reported to date.

Hepatoprotective agent.
Pharmacodynamics:
Extract soybean phospholipid comprises phosphatidylcholine and phosphoglycerides (average 76%); thus prevails linoleic acid from fatty acids. Hepatoprotective effect of the drug caused by the acceleration process of regeneration of liver cells and stabilization of cell membranes, inhibition of lipid oxidation and inhibition of collagen synthesis in the liver. The preparation normalizes lipid metabolism, reducing cholesterol levels by increasing the formation of its esters, and linoleic acid.
Pharmacokinetics:
Phosphatidylcholine pharmacokinetic studies have shown that it dissolves in the intestines to lyso-phosphatidylcholine and absorbed, mainly, in the same form. In the intestinal wall partly it comes to its resynthesis phospholipid, which then falls through the lymphatic vessels into the circulation, part of lyso-phosphatidyl choline in the liver breaks down to fatty acids, choline and glycerol-3-phosphate. The plasma phosphatidylcholine and other phosphoglycerides firmly bind to lipoproteins and / or albumin. Most introduced soya phospholipids with a high content of (3-sn-phosphatidyl) choline is combined in the form of metabolites with body’s own phospholipids for several hours. Their removal corresponds to the excretion of the body’s own phospholipids or their metabolites.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Data on the safety of the drug in pregnancy. So apply Rezalyut® Pro should be only in case if the expected benefit to the mother outweighs the potential risk to the fetus.
Data on penetration Rezalyuta® Pro into breast milk is not, so if you must use Rezalyuta® Pro lactation breastfeeding while taking the drug should be discontinued.

side effects

One capsule contains less Rezalyuta® Pro 0.1 XE (bread unit).
Effect on ability to drive vehicles and management mechanisms is not known.

Dosing and Administration
The drug is intended for oral administration.
Unless otherwise indicated, it should take 2 capsules Rezalyuta® About 3 times a day before meals, without chewing and drinking plenty of fluids.
The duration of treatment depends on the course of the disease.
