Composition
Active substance:
In terms of 100 ml, the product contains water from the Atlantic Ocean, 0.015 mL of eucalyptus oil, and purified water to bring the volume to 100 ml. The salt concentration in KVIKS® Eucalyptus corresponds to about 26 g of NaCl per liter of solution or 2.6% (hypertension). It does not contain chemical additives and preservatives.

KVIKS® Eucalyptus used to relieve symptoms in nasal and paranasal sinuses, and has the additional effect refreshing. Action items can not be realized by pharmacological, immunological, genetic or metabolic effects on the human body, but only due to the physical properties of the product. The article has a momentary contact with the nasal cavity.
KVIKS® Eucalyptus – a natural hypertonic spray comprising purified water from the Atlantic Ocean with a small amount of purified eucalyptus oil. The salt concentration in the medical device KVIKS® Eucalyptus higher than in the nasal mucosa (hypertonic saline solution), whereby there is an osmotic pressure advantageously acts on the removal of edema.
Product form:
Eucalyptus KVIKS® vial contains 30 ml of solution. Each vial contains approximately 220 doses. The bottle is provided with antimicrobial protection system that prevents the penetration of microbes throughout the period of use. KVIKS® Eucalyptus is a medical device.
Contraindications
KVIKS® eucalyptus should not be used in children under 6 years of age and patients with impaired state of the nasal mucosa after surgery. In patients with hypersensitivity to sea water or eucalyptus oil is not recommended.

side effects
Eucalyptus oil can cause allergic reactions (including dyspnoea) in susceptible patients. At the beginning of the application may be a slight burning sensation.
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature, out of reach of children. Do not use a medical product after the expiration date printed on the package. After opening the package, should be used within 6 months.
Dosing and Administration
Children from 6 to 12 years old: 1-2 irrigation each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.
Teenagers from 12 years and adults: 1-3 irrigation each nasal passage 2-3 times a day.
Shake before using.
Remove the cap. Prepare a spray for use, repeatedly pressing the tip of the cuff to achieve fine aerosol spray. After this spray is ready to use: Insert tip into the nostril and press the sleeve on both sides of the tip. After each use, clean the tip and close the tip cap. Tip provides metered flow and uniform distribution of the spray.
