Description:
Calcium – is one of the macronutrients that is present in all body tissues. Enters the human body with food (milk and dairy products, legumes, green leafy vegetables, apricots, oats and some other plants). The human body contains up to 1200 g of calcium, of which 99% is in the bones. calcium loss in adult human per day is 200-350 mg, and increased if different physical and physiological states. The average need of an adult for calcium per day is 800-1200 mg. Calcium is involved in the maintenance of homeostasis and functioning of CNS muscle, is a component of blood coagulation, enhances leukocyte activity reduces vascular permeability, anti-inflammatory effect, reducing allergic reactions.

Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) – fat-soluble vitamin is involved in the regulation of the mineral exchange in the organism. vitamin D3 deficiency leads to disturbances of calcium-phosphorus metabolism and magnesium exchange.
