Composition
Active substance:
50 g of gel contain: Ibuprofen – 5.0 g
Product form:
Gel for topical application 5%. 20, 30, 50 or 100 g in aluminum tubes. Each tube together with instructions for use placed in a cardboard box (pack) of paperboard for consumer packaging.
Contraindications
• Hypersensitivity to ibuprofen or other ingredients, acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs; • the full or partial combination of asthma, recurrent nasal polyposis and paranasal sinuses and intolerance to acetylsalicylic acid or other NSAIDs (including history); • violations integrity of the skin at the site of drug application (including infected abrasions and wounds, moist dermatitis, eczema) • Children up to age 12 years; • Pregnancy III trimester.

Muscle pain, back pain, arthritis, damage to the ligaments, sprains, sports injuries and neuralgia.

Pharmacological properties:
The drug is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It has analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. Non-selectively blocking both the cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2). The mechanism of action is due to inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis – mediators of pain and inflammation.

Dosing and Administration
For external use only. The drug is prescribed for adults and children over 12 years. 4-10 cm of the drug (equivalent to 50 – 125 mg of ibuprofen) applied to the skin over the lesion area, and gently rubbed until absorbed. Reusing possibly after 4 hours, no more than 4 times within 24 hours. If symptoms persist or compounded or no improvement after 2 weeks of application, it is necessary to discontinue treatment and seek medical attention. After use, wash your hands thoroughly.
