Active substance:
1 ml solution HILOMAKS – KOMOD® comprises:
Sodium hyaluronate (the sodium salt of hyaluronic acid) – 2 mg
Citric acid anhydrous, sodium citrate dihydrate, Sorbitol, Water.
Description:
Medical device HILOMAKS – KOMOD® is a sterile isotonic aqueous 0.2% sodium hyaluronate solution containing no preservatives in the original container (system “Chest”).
Part of the HILOMAKS – KOMOD® hyaluronic acid (as sodium salt) is a natural substance. Sodium hyaluronate is a physiological compound polysaccharide contained in eye tissues, and other tissues and fluids of the human body. Particular physicochemical properties of sodium hyaluronate molecules is their pronounced ability to bind water molecules. The aqueous sodium hyaluronate solution (HILOMAKS – KOMOD®) possesses the desired viscosity, and high adhesive properties relative to the front surface of the eye, whereby HILOMAKS – KOMOD® forms on the surface of the cornea uniform, continuing for a long time prerogovichnuyu tear film which is not washed off when blinking and does not cause a decrease in visual acuity.
Thus permanently protected from eye dryness and irritation that often occur in contact with the environment, as well as when wearing contact lenses. HILOMAKS – KOMOD® contains a significant concentration of sodium hyaluronate, and hence provides high strength.
Long and intense discomfort disappears, resulting in real-time protection from irritation of the eyes. Simultaneously, a constant and sufficient humidifying the ocular surface facilitates the normal physiologic flow and accelerate the healing of eye wounds and lesions after traumas and surgeries. HILOMAKS-KOMOD® makes wearing any hard or soft contact lenses more comfortable, while HILOMAKS-KOMOD® not deposited on the surface of the lens.
A solution HILOMAKS-KOMOD® placed in the original container “CHEST,” which is a complex system of valves and tanks, which guarantees the absence of air penetration from the outside and providing extraction equally sized droplets regardless of the degree of the applied force.
The metal parts of the container and valves in contact with the solution HILOMAKS- KOMOD® partially coated with a thin layer of silver, which, together with absolute tightness of the system ensures the sterility of the solution HILOMAKS-KOMOD® therein in the absence of preservatives. This avoids possible undesirable effects of preservatives in eye tissues and provided good tolerance HILOMAKS-KOMOD® even with prolonged use.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any of the components making up the solution HILOMAKS – KOMOD®.
Indications
For intensive moistening, lubricating and protecting the front surface of the eye (cornea and conjunctiva) when expressed and prolonged feeling of “dryness” eye, foreign body sensation, burning sensation in the eyes, including those occurring under the influence of climatic factors and intensive visual load

Interaction with other drugs
In the case of joint use with the ophthalmic drug is recommended to follow a pause of at least 30 minutes between HILOMAKS instillation solution – KOMOD® and applying eyedrops. Eye ointment should always be applied after instillation HILOMAKS solution – KOMOD®.

Storage conditions
Store at a temperature not higher than 25 C. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosing and Administration

METHOD OF USE AND RECOMMENDATIONS while wearing contact lenses
Before each instillation necessary to remove the cap.
