Description:
Anticoagulant direct action for topical application.
Product form:
Gel for external application of 1 000 IU / g.

Indications
Thrombophlebitis of superficial veins; localized edema and infiltration of soft tissues; subcutaneous hematoma; injuries, injuries of joints, tendons, muscle tissue.
Interaction with other drugs

Pharmacodynamics:
Direct anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Decreases platelet aggregation binds antithrombin III, preventing the passage of prothrombin to thrombin. Depresses the activity of thrombin. It reduces the activity of hyaluronidase, increases fibrinolytic properties of blood. Gel improves microcirculation activate tissue metabolism and, thereby accelerates the resorption of haematomas and blood clots, eventually restores patency veins, clinically it is accompanied by a pronounced analgesic and antiinflammatory action.
Pharmacokinetics:
Minor amounts of heparin absorbed from the skin into the systemic circulation. The maximum concentration of drug in the blood observed after 8 hours after application. Excretion of heparin occurs mainly via the kidney, half-life 12 hours.
