Composition
Active substance:
100 g of gel contains: heparin sodium on a dry matter – 0.83 g (100,000 I.U.) ;.
Excipients:
Methyl parahydroxybenzoate – 0.15 g, Carbomer 940 – 1.25 g, Trometamol – 0.85 g, 96% ethanol (rectified ethyl alcohol) – 24 g, lavender oil – 0.02 g, oil of orange flowers (neroli oil) – 0.01 g purified water – 100 g
Description:
Clear or almost clear, colorless or slightly yellowish tint gel with specific odor.
Product form:
Gel for external use 1000 IU / g.

Contraindications

Interaction with other drugs
Do not mix with other agents for external application. Do not appoint locally simultaneously with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, tetracycline, antihistamines. The combined use of a gel with oral anticoagulants may cause elongation of prothrombin time.
Overdose

Pharmacodynamics:
Direct anticoagulant, anti-inflammatory, antiproliferative, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Decreases platelet aggregation binds antithrombin III, preventing the passage of prothrombin to thrombin. Depresses the activity of thrombin. It reduces the activity of hyaluronidase, increases fibrinolytic properties of blood. Pharmacokinetics:
