1 tablet contains: gramicidin C dihydrochloride – 3.20 mg (in terms of gramicidin S – 3.00 mg); oxybuprocaine hydrochloride – 0.20 mg; cetylpyridinium chloride monohydrate – 1.05 mg (in terms of cetylpyridinium chloride 1.00 mg) ;.
Excipients:
Colloidal silicon dioxide – 5.00 mg talc – 60.00 mg, 15.0 mg acesulfame potassium, mint flavor – 25.00 mg Sorbitol -1065.55 mg magnesium stearate 25.0 mg.

Pharmacological group:
+ Antibiotic antiseptic + local anesthetic.
Pharmacodynamics:
A combined preparation for the treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases of the throat and mouth. The preparation includes an antimicrobial agent gramicidin C mestnoanesteziruyuschee (analgesic) agent – oxybuprocaine and antiseptic – cetylpyridinium chloride.
The mechanism of action of gramicidin C is associated with increased permeability of the cytoplasmic membrane of a microbial cell that gives its resistance and causes destruction of cells.
Gramicidin C has a marked antimicrobial activity against pathogens of the mouth and throat infections.
Oxybuprocaine anesthetic has local anesthetic effect on the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. It causes a reversible blockade of proliferation and conduction of nerve impulses through the axons of nerve cells. Cetylpyridinium chloride relates to antiseptic agents. Inhibits the growth and multiplication of pathogens of oral infectious diseases.
The drug has analgesic effect, reduces inflammation, has antimicrobial action, alleviates discomfort in the throat, facilitates the swallowing when resorption causes hypersalivation, which contributes to the mechanical cleansing of the oral cavity and pharynx from microorganisms.
Pharmacokinetics:
The drug has a local effect and practically not absorbed in the gastrointestinal tract, which determines the almost complete absence of systemic effects.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Do not use the drug during pregnancy (I) trimester.
Breastfeeding at the time of receiving the drug should be discontinued.

Dosing and Administration
