Excipients:
Methacrylic acid copolymer (Eudragit RL PO) 125,0 mg, 10.5 mg triacetin, butyl acetate, 50.0 mg, 150.0 mg ethyl acetate, ethanol 480.0 mg.

Transparent, colorless liquid.
Product form:
Nail Varnish 5%.
2.5 ml or 5.0 ml in dark glass vials. 1 bottle complete with cleaning wipes (30 pieces), spatulas (10 pieces) and disposable nail files (30 pieces) with instructions for use placed into cardboard pack.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to amorolfine and other ingredients; age 18 years.

Pharmacokinetics:
When applying the solution onto amorolfine nail penetrates the nail plate and further into the nail bed (almost entirely within the first 24 hours). The effective concentration is stored in the affected amorolfine nail plate for 7-10 days after the first application. Systemic absorption is negligible: amorolfine concentration in the plasma is below the detection limit of determination methods (less than 0.5 ng / ml).

Dosing and Administration
Outwardly. Apply to the affected nails of fingers or toes 1-2 times per week as follows: 1.
