Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: 50 mg of dimenhydrinate ;.
Excipients:
Monogidrat- lactose 112.86 mg; microcrystalline cellulose – 57.50 mg magnesium stearate – 1,150 mg; povidone K30 – 4,247 mg; crospovidone – 4,247 mg.
Description:
Tablets white, round shape, flat, bevelled and the notch on one side.
Product form:
Tablets of 50 mg. 5 or 10 tablets in PVC / Al blister. One blister together with instructions for use placed in a cardboard box.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the drug, epilepsy, acute exudative and vesicular dermatitis, children up to 3 years, pregnancy, lactation.
Carefully:
Writhing syndrome, angle-closure glaucoma, prostatic hyperplasia, asthma, cardiovascular diseases, hyperthyroidism, stenosing peptic ulcer, obstruction pyloroduodenal and bladder neck obstruction.

Interaction with other drugs
It enhances the effects of atropine, tricyclic antidepressants, catecholamines, barbiturates, alcohol, sedatives and hypnotics, neuroleptics, weakens the effect of corticosteroids, anticoagulants. Decreases response to apomorphine. Reduces depressive effect of acetylcholine on the heart muscle. The combination of a bismuth drugs, scopolamine, anesthetics and psychotropic drugs increases the likelihood of visual impairment. Incompatible with ototoxic antibiotics (streptomycin, neomycin, biomycin, amikacin, kanamycin), as may mask the symptoms of ototoxicity and contribute to the development of irreversible hearing loss.
Overdose
Overdose symptoms: dry mouth, nose and throat, redness of the face, slow and labored breathing, confusion in children – seizures, hallucinations.
