Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: 1.50 mg of benzocaine, benzalkonium chloride 1.00 mg 0.50 mg tyrothricin.
Excipients:
Sorbitol 871.00 mg Talc 80.00 mg, povidone 25 thousand. 10.00 mg, carmellose sodium 10.00 mg, 20.00 mg of sucrose stearate, peppermint leaf oil 5.00 mg Sodium saccharinate 1.00 mg.
Description:
Round ploskotsilindricheskoy tablet form with a facet, labeled DORITHRICIN on one side, with white mint odor.
Product form:
Lozenges.
10 tablets in a blister made of PVC film and aluminum foil. 1 or 2 blisters together with instructions for use in a cardboard package.
Contraindications
Individual hypersensitivity to benzalkonium chloride, benzocaine, tyrothricin, parabens, quaternary ammonium compounds, any other component of the formulation; hereditary fructose intolerance and malabsorption syndrome glucose / galactose deficiency or sucrase / isomaltase (due to the presence of sucrose drug); fresh wounds in the mouth and throat, including immediately after maxillofacial surgery, dental procedures; Children up to age 6 years.

Indications
Symptomatic treatment of the mouth and throat of infectious and inflammatory diseases accompanied by pain syndrome: – pharyngitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis; – inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa (gingivitis, stomatitis).

Overdose
The recommended dosages of overdoses is not described. Antiseptic + local anesthetic.
Pharmacodynamics:
Combined preparation antiseptic and local anesthetic action. Reduces irritation and pain in the throat, and swelling of the oral mucosa.
Benzocaine is a local anesthetic agent, reducing pain on swallowing which often accompanies infectious-inflammatory processes of the oral cavity and throat.
Benzalkonium chloride – antiseptic, violates the permeability of the cell membrane of microorganisms and inhibits enzymatic processes, is active against many pathogenic bacteria, certain viruses, fungi and protozoa.
Tyrothricin – topical antibiotic. It is active against a broad spectrum of gram-positive bacteria and spirochetes oral cavity. Due to the unique mechanism of action tyrothricin absent antibiotics have systemic action, cross resistance to the drug does not occur.
Pharmacokinetics:
Benzocaine slightly soluble in water, which leads to poor absorption in the intestine.

Allergic reactions, gastrointestinal disorders (nausea, diarrhea).
Allergic reactions: itching, skin rash, swelling of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, anaphylactic reactions; burning sensation, stinging sensation in the mouth and throat; convulsions, tachycardia, dermatitis. May reduce sensitivity mucosa of the mouth and throat. Dosing and Administration
