Description:
The gel is white.
Product form:
Gel for topical application of 0.1% to 30 grams of low density polyethylene tube, c tightly polypropylene screw cap. 1 tube together with instructions for use placed in a cardboard box.
Contraindications
– Increased sensitivity to adapalene or any of the excipients;
– Children under 12 years of age (efficacy and safety for this age group has not been established).

Indications
Acne mild to moderate severity, including the presence of comedones, papules and pustules.
Interaction with other drugs
Absorption through the skin adapalene is low, so its interaction with systemic medications is unlikely.

Pharmacokinetics:

Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Pregnancy
Clinical experience with topical adapalene in pregnancy is limited, but the available data in patients receiving the drug in early pregnancy does not indicate its negative influence on the course of pregnancy or on the health of the fetus.
Due to the limited nature of available data, as well as due to the possibility of a slight penetration of adapalene through the skin, the drug Differin® should not be used during pregnancy.

Breastfeeding
