Monotherapy: acute respiratory disease (ARD); Prevention and treatment of acute respiratory viral infections (ARVI); Ophthalmology: inflammatory and degenerative processes; inflammatory diseases of the oral cavity mucous membranes;
Combined therapy of chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections of the mucous in gynecology; acute and chronic respiratory diseases (rhinitis, sinusitis, sinusitis, frontal sinusitis); obliterating diseases of the lower extremities; trophic ulcers, nonhealing wounds and infected (including diabetes); gangrene; burns, frostbite; hemorrhoids; post radial necrosis of the skin and mucous membranes.
Interaction with other drugs
The local application is not compatible with a fat-based ointments and hydrogen peroxide.

Pharmacological properties:
The drug activates a cellular and humoral immunity. It optimizes the specific response against fungal, viral and bacterial infections. The drug stimulates reparative and regenerative processes, normalizes the state of tissues and organs dystrophy vascular origin. Derinat promotes healing of trophic ulcers of different etiology. Derinat promotes rapid healing of deep burns, significantly speeding up the dynamics of epithelialization. When restoring mucosal ulcer formations under Derinat bezrubtsovoe recovery occurs. The drug does not possess teratogenic and carcinogenic effects.
Pharmacokinetics:
Derinat when applied topically is rapidly absorbed and distributed in organs and tissues via endolymphatic transportation way. In the intensive phase of receipt of the drug in blood is redistributed between the plasma and formed elements of blood, in parallel with the metabolism and excretion. Derinat metabolized in the body. Excreted from the body (as metabolites) partially in the feces, and to a greater extent with the urine by biexponential dependence.

Dosing and Administration
The drug is prescribed to children on the first day of life and adults.
For the prevention of SARS instilled into the nose or 2 drops of 1 spraying into each nasal passage 2-4 times a day for 1-2 weeks.
With ARI ARI drug is instilled into the nose of 2-3 drops into each nostril or 1 – 2 spray into each nostril every 1-1.5 hours for the first day; further – 2-3 drops or 1 spray in each nostril 3-4 times a day, course duration – 1 month.

In diseases of the oral mucosa produce drug rinsing 4 – 6 times a day (1 vial – 1-2- rinses) or drug uniformly sprayed on corresponding portions of damaged mucosa by 2 – 3 spray 4-6 times a day. The duration of treatment is 5-10 days.
In chronic inflammatory diseases, fungal, bacterial and other infections in gynecology – intravaginal administration cervical irrigation or introduction intravaginal tampons with a preparation of 5 ml in a procedure 1-2 times a day for 10-14 days.
Hemorrhoids drug administered in the form of micro enema in the rectum and 15-40 ml. The duration of treatment 4-10 days.
In severe inflammatory and degenerative processes in ophthalmology – Derinat instilled into the eyes 2-3 times a day 1-2 drops for 14-45 days.
At obliterating diseases of the lower extremities drug is instilled into the nose of 1-2 drops in each nostril 6 times a day, duration of up to 6 months.
When postradiation necroses of the skin and mucous membranes, with nonhealing wounds, burns, frostbite, trophic ulcers of different etiology, gangrene on the affected place is applied intraoral bandage (gauze in two layers) with the application of the preparation 3-4 times a day for treatment or provide 40 ml (treatment – – 1-3 months) affected by the surface 10 of the nebulizer drug 4-5 times a day.
