Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: 100 mg benfotiamine, pyridoxine hydrochloride 100 mg, cyanocobalamin – 2 mg.
Excipients:
Carmellose sodium – 4,533 mg, povidone K30 – 16.233 mg microcrystalline cellulose – 12.673 mg talc – 4.580 mg of calcium stearate – 4.587 mg of polysorbate-80 – 0.660 mg Sucrose – 206.732 mg. adjuvants (shell): hypromellose – 3,512 mg, macrogol-4000 – 1,411 mg, povidone low molecular weight – 3,713 mg, titanium dioxide – 3,511 mg talc – 1,353 mg.
Description:
Round biconvex tablets, film-coated, white or nearly white.
Product form:
Film-coated tablets. 15 tablets in blisters. 2 or 4 blisters together with instructions for use in a pile of cardboard.
Contraindications

Indications
Used in the treatment of neurological diseases following: trigeminal neuralgia; neuritis of the facial nerve; pain caused by spinal cord injuries (intercostal neuralgia, sciatica, lumbar syndrome, cervical syndrome, cervicobrachial syndrome, radicular syndrome caused by degenerative changes of the spine). polyneuropathy different etiology (diabetic, alcohol).
Interaction with other drugs
Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6. Vitamin B12 is incompatible with heavy metal salts. Ethanol dramatically reduces the absorption of thiamine. During the drug is not recommended intake multivitamin complexes comprised of the vitamins of group B.
Overdose

Pharmacological properties:
Combined multivitamin complex. Effect of the drug is determined by properties of vitamins in its composition.
Benfotiamine – fat-soluble form of thiamine (vitamin B1). Participates in the nervous impulse.
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) – participates in the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, is necessary for normal hematopoiesis, the functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system. Provides synaptic transmission, braking processes in the central nervous system is involved in the transport of sphingosine, a component of nerve membranes, is involved in catecholamine synthesis.
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) – is involved in the synthesis of nucleotides, it is an important factor for normal growth, blood formation and development of epithelial cells; It is necessary for folate metabolism and myelin synthesis.
Pregnancy and breast-feeding
Tabs Combilipen® contains 100 mg of vitamin B6 and therefore the drug is not recommended in these cases.
