Composition
Active substance:
1 ml of solution contains: thiamine hydrochloride – 100 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride – 100 mg, cyanocobalamin – 1.0 mg, pidokaina hydrochloride – 20 mg.
Excipients:
Benzyl alcohol, sodium tripolyphosphate, potassium hexacyanoferrate, sodium hydroxide, Water for Injection to 2 ml.
Description:
Transparent pinkish red liquid with a characteristic odor.
Product form:
Solution for intramuscular administration.

Interaction with other drugs
Vitamin B1 completely dissolves in solutions containing sulfite incompatible with oxidizing and reducing substances: mercury chloride, iodide, carbonate, acetate, tannic acid, the iron-ammoniytsitratom, and sodium phenobarbital, riboflavin, benzylpenicillin, dextrose and sodium metabisulphite.
Levodopa reduces the effect of therapeutic doses of vitamin B6.
Vitamin B12 is incompatible with heavy metal salts, ascorbic acid.
Overdose
Symptoms: dizziness, nausea, vomiting, pruritus, urticaria; increased sweating, tachycardia.
Treatment: symptomatic.
