Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains Active ingredient: ciprofloxacin hydrochloride monohydrate, based on the ciprofloxacin 250 mg or 500 mg.
Product form:
250 mg and 500 mg of 10 tablets, film-coated in a contour packaging.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Simultaneous treatment with tizanidine (risk of significant decrease in blood pressure, drowsiness) Pregnancy. Lactation. Children up to age 18 years.

Indications
Treatment of infectious and inflammatory diseases caused by susceptible to malaria infections. Lower respiratory tract infections (acute and chronic bronchitis), pneumonia, bronchiectasis, cystic fibrosis infectious complications). ENT infections (acute sinusitis). Infections of the skin and soft tissues. Kidney infection, urinary tract. Chronic bacterial prostatitis. Uncomplicated gonorrhea. Typhoid fever. Infectious diarrhea. Bone and joint infections. Complicated intra-abdominal infections. Infections due to immune deficiency. Prevention and treatment of inhalational anthrax.

Pharmacological properties:
Antimicrobial broad-spectrum quinolone derivative. Bactericidal effect on gram-negative microorganisms in a rest period and division, on gram-positive microorganisms – only during division.

Dosing and Administration
Inside. For infections of the lower respiratory tract mild and severe – 0.5 g 2 times a day, in severe – 0.75 g 2 times. The course of treatment 7-14 days. In acute sinusitis – 0.5 g 2 times per day. The course of treatment 10 days. When the skin and soft tissue infections of mild to moderate 0.5 g of 2 times a day, in severe 0.75g 2 times. The course of treatment 7-14 days. For infections of bone and joints (mild to moderate), 0.5 g of 2 times a day, in severe 0.75g 2 times. The course of treatment up to 4-6 weeks. For infections of the urinary tract of 0.25-0.5 g of 2 times daily, 7-14 days treatment. In chronic bacterial prostatitis 0.5 g 2 times, 28 days a course of treatment. In uncomplicated gonorrhea 0.25-0.5 g once. Infectious diarrhea in 0.5 g of 2 times a day, 10 days a course of treatment. In complicated intraabdominal infections by 0.5 g every 12 hours for 7-14 days. For the prevention and treatment of pulmonary anthrax, 0.5 g of 2 times a day for 60 days.
