Description

Composition
Active substance:
1 tablet contains: ambroxol hydrochloride – 30 mg.
Excipients:
Corn starch, lactose (milk sugar), magnesium stearate, talc.
Product form:
Tablets 30 mg.
10 tablets in blisters. 2, 3, 5, 10 contour cell packages together with instructions for use placed in a pile of cardboard.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, pregnancy (I term), age 12 years (children under 12 years: Bronhorus in the form of syrup).
In the case of lactose intolerance (with malabsorption syndrome glucose / galactose deficiency or sucrose / isomaltose) should be considered that the drug is included lactose.

Indications
Acute and chronic respiratory diseases, accompanied by the release of viscous mucus: – acute and chronic bronchitis; – pneumonia; – chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; – bronchial asthma with obstruction of sputum discharge; – bronchiectasis.
Interaction with other drugs
When applied with antitussive drugs is possible difficulty sputum discharge by suppressing the cough reflex. While the use of amoxicillin, cefuroxime, erythromycin, doxycycline ambroxol increases their concentration in the bronchial secretions.
Overdose
Symptoms include nausea, vomiting, gastralgia.
Treatment: artificial vomiting, gastric lavage in the first 1-2 hours after dosing, intake of fat containing products.

Ambroxol stimulates the locomotor activity of the cilia ciliated epithelium of the bronchial mucosa (mucokinetic secretomotoric or action). Peristaltic contractions spiral ciliary (ciliary) bronchial epithelium cells derive mucus from the bronchial tree (mucociliary transport or mucociliary clearance). Ambroxol improves mucociliary transport.
Ambroxol stimulates serous gland cells of the bronchial mucosa, increases the amount of mucus and sputum component normalizes the disturbed ratio of serous and mucous sputum components. Activating the hydrolyzing enzymes and increasing the release of lysosomal Clara cells, reduces the viscosity of sputum viscosity and its adhesive properties (or mucolytic secretolytic effect).
Ambroxol increases the synthesis and secretion of surfactant (surfactant) in the alveoli and bronchi.

Dosing and Administration
Inside, after eating, drinking plenty of fluids.
Adults and children over 12 years – 1 tablet (30 mg) 3 times a day.
