The extract of licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) has expectorant, anti-inflammatory and spasmolytic effect. Glycyrrhizic acid – the main ingredient of the extract has high biological activity and is highly effective in the treatment of various diseases. It has antiviral, antiinflammatory, antipruritic, and immunomodulating effect, operates on various types of DNA and RNA viruses in vitro and in vivo.
The extract of ginger rhizomes drug (Zingiber Officinale) comprising as a main active ingredient gingerol, anti-inflammatory for the mouth and throat, expectorant, antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, bactericidal and analgesic action.
Fruit extract embliki dosage (Emblica officinalis) contain in its composition vitamin C. and tannins (gallic acid), anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and restorative effect.
Menthol (Levomenthol) has spasmolytic and weak antiseptic, deodorizing and refreshing the oral cavity. When applied to mucosal menthol causes irritation of the nerve endings, accompanied by a feeling of cold, light burning and stinging, it has a slight local anesthetic action.
