Active substance:
1 ml Artelak® surge comprises: hyaluronic acid sodium salt (sodium hyaluronate) 2.4 mg, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, disodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, water for injection.
Product form:
Artelak® surge is produced in a plastic bottle of 10 ml, placed together with instructions for use in a cardboard box.
Contraindications

Indications
1. Dosing and Administration
