Active substance:
1 ml of solution contains: ambroxol hydrochloride – 7,500 mg.
Product form:

Indications

Pharmacological properties:
Ambroxol has secretomotoric, sekretoliticheskim and expectorant action: stimulates serous gland cells of the bronchial mucosa, increases the amount of mucous secretion and release of surfactant (surfactant) in the alveoli and bronchi; normalize the disturbed ratio of serous and mucous sputum components. Activating the hydrolyzing enzymes and increasing the release of lysosomal Clara cells, reduces the viscosity of sputum. Increases motor activity of the cilia of the ciliated epithelium. Increases motor activity of ciliated epithelium, increases mucociliary transport, facilitates the excretion of mucus from the respiratory tract.

Dosing and Administration
Inside the drug is used after a meal by adding water, tea, milk or fruit juice. Adults and children over 12 years: the first 2-3 days with 4 ml 3 times per day (corresponding to 90 mg of ambroxol in the night), followed by 4 ml, 2 times per day (corresponding to 60 mg of ambroxol in the night); Children 6 to 12 years: 2 ml 2-3 times a day (corresponding to 30 or 45 mg of ambroxol in the night); Babies from 2 to 6: 1 ml 3 times per day (corresponding to 22.5 mg per day of ambroxol); Children under 2 years of age: 1 ml, 2 times a day (corresponding to 15 mg of ambroxol in the night). Children under 2 years of drug administered only under medical supervision. The maximum daily dose when administered: adult – 90 mg, for children 6-12 years – 45 mg for children 2-6 years – 22.5 mg for children under 2 years – 15 mg. The use of inhalation: The product can be applied using any modern equipment for inhalation (except steam inhalers). Before inhalation, the drug is mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride (for optimal humidification – a 1: 1 ratio). Before inhalation, the inhalation solution is recommended to warm to body temperature.
