Each of the components of the product has a proven healing power, and together they give a multiply enhanced effect. The resin content in cedar nut oil is 7 percent – this is the optimal dosage for a food product, allowing you to get the maximum health effect. Its decrease can affect the effectiveness, and its increase can adversely affect the gastrointestinal tract, especially in the presence of gastritis or ulcers. It is recommended to take orally 1 teaspoon 1 time a day 30 minutes before meals. For external use, the balm is rubbed in until it is completely absorbed; add 7 to 8 drops to the bath; used for compresses, lotions, dressings, 3 – 4 drops; for inhalation, 4 – 5 drops. Before use, it is recommended to apply 3 – 5 drops of the product to the back of the wrist to check portability.
