Interaction with other drugs

Vitamin E in high doses can cause a deficiency of vitamin A in the body. Cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil reduces the absorption of alpha-tocopherol acetate. High doses of iron enhance oxidative processes in the body, which increases the need for vitamin E,
Simultaneous application of Vitamin E in a dose of 400 mg / day with anticoagulants (coumarin and indandione derivatives) increase the risk of bleeding and hypoprothrombinemia.
With simultaneous use of vitamin E with cyclosporine increases the absorption of the latter.
Overdose
