Overdose
When receiving vitamin E for a long period at doses of 400-800 IU / day: blurred vision, dizziness, headache, nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, gastralgia, asthenia.
When receiving more than 800 IU / day for a long period – an increase in the risk of bleeding in patients with hypovitaminosis of vitamin K, impaired metabolism of thyroid hormones, disorders of sexual function, thrombosis, thromboembolism, necrotizing colitis, sepsis, renal failure, bleeding in the retina, hemorrhagic stroke, ascites.
