Composition
Active substance:
5 ml (one scoop) slurry comprising: algeldrat (aluminum hydroxide gel – based on aluminum hydroxide) – 340 mg magnesium hydroxide (magnesium hydroxide paste – based on the magnesium hydroxide) – 395 mg of simethicone (simethicone emulsion – based in dimethicone) – 6 mg.
Excipients:
Hydrogen peroxide solution of 30% sorbitol, sodium saccharin, gietelloza, citric acid monohydrate, ethyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, propylene glycol, macrogol 4000, orange flavor, 96% ethanol, purified water.

Interaction with other drugs
Almagel Neo reduces and slows down the absorption of digoxin, indomethacin, salicylates, chlorpromazine, phenytoin, blockers of H2-histamine receptors, beta-blockers, diflunisal, ketoconazole and itraconazole, isoniazid, tetracycline antibiotics and quinolone, azithromycin, cefpodoxime, pivampitsillina, rifampicin, anticoagulants , barbiturates, fexofenadine, dipyridamole, zalcitabine, chenodeoxycholic and ursodeoxycholic acid, penicillamine and lansoprazole.
M-holinoblokatory, slowing gastric emptying, enhance and prolong the action of the drug.
Overdose

Dosing and Administration
Adults.
