Description
Pharmacological action: Detoxifying, absorbing, antidiarrheal, enterosorbing. Inside, in the form of an aqueous suspension or in tablets 1-2 hours before or after meals, 250-750 mg 3-4 times / day. Treatment duration – 3-14 days.

Indications
Dyspepsia, intoxication with dysentery, salmonellosis, foodborne toxicosis, flatulence, hypersecretion of hydrochloric acid in the stomach, allergic diseases, poisoning with chemical compounds, drugs (including alkaloids, salts of heavy metals); to reduce gas formation in preparation for x-ray and endoscopic examinations.
Dosage and administration
Inside, 250-750 mg 3-4 times / day. When used as an antidote, the dosage regimen is individual.
Side effects
Perhaps: constipation, diarrhea; with prolonged use – hypovitaminosis, malabsorption of nutrients from the gastrointestinal tract.
Contraindications
Gastric ulcer, bleeding from the digestive tract.
